Beautiful Brocante Bronte Blankets
A couple of weeks ago we took delivery of a brand new range of blankets, and it is a bit of a crime that we haven’t managed to shout about them yet! There are some stunning pattern and colour combinations, the highest quality yarns, and they are all designed, treated and woven in Yorkshire in the UK.
Customers have been buying these blankets for all range of things, from adding the finishing touches to a new room decor, to bringing along to wrap up warm at the beach, or for keeping warm whilst outdoor dining in the cooler evenings, the options are endless. As Kieron likes to mention, you can never have too many blankets…. Kieron has 6 blankets in his dining room alone!
The reversible Athens Check is a contemporary take on a ‘tortoise-shell’, with ever-so-slightly raised squares of colour carefully segmented by thin white stripes. Woven in stunningly soft Merino Lambswool this blanket has a really lovely soft feel.
If you are after a bit of luxury, a whisper soft mohair throw is about as luxurious as blankets come. Founded in 1837, these blankets are created using one of the last remaining vertical woollen mills in the UK, all processing; dyeing, blending, spinning, warping, weaving and finishing, are all completed at a factory in Yorkshire.
Whether you have a calm distinguished taste or prefer something that makes a statement with vibrant, eyecatching colour, this 100% Merino Lambswool throw is for you. This reversible throw can be shown on it’s quiet side with tasteful multicoloured spots, or alternatively how about showing it’s multicoloured spot-checked side for a fun pop of colour in the room. All of our blankets are a standard size, if you imagine a double bed, the blanket would well cover the ends of the bed, at approx 185cm x 140cm.
Hopefully you love these new blankets as much as we do, sorry for taking so long to let you all know about them. We had been enjoying the busy bank holiday weekend and half term last week! We are loving seeing so many customers back in the shops, locals and visitors alike. It is so good to see people out and about and enjoying themselves again.
