Why isn't all your stock on the website?

The stock is regularly refreshed in our shops, so that every time you visit there is something new to catch your eye. If there is something that you have seen in one of the shops and are desperate for, please call us and we will see what we can do.

Something has arrived damaged.

We hope that our products arrive as they leave us, but in the unlikely event that something arrives damaged, please email us photographs of the damage and you can either return the product for a refund or exchange, if appropriate. 

This is not the colour I wanted :(

We are happy to exchange items if they arrive and are not what you had in mind, as long as they are in perfect condition and have not been used. Please just email us and let us know and we will be happy to help.

My parcel has not arrived and it should have!

Please contact us with your order reference number, and we will let you know when it should arrive.

I want another look at something.

If you have spotted an item previously in our shop and would like another look, please email us with a description and when you saw it, we will send photographs to you if we still have it in stock.

How is furniture delivered?

We have some very large items which the post office won't let us post. But don't worry you won't miss out. We use a courier service who deliver anywhere in the UK, they charge £75 for large furniture, £50 for mirrors and £30 for prints, your delivery will reach you within 2-3 weeks. 

When will my parcel arrive?

Our parcels (except for furniture, Mirrors and prints) will be dispatched within 5 working days, this gives us time to wrap and protect your goodies, and run to the post office with them! If this is any different, we will let you know.

 Why can i not see any lamps on the website?

Unfortunately due to the very delicate nature of our lamps, it is too risky to send them via courier. We know this isn’t ideal, but would hate for them to come to any harm on the journey. You are of course more than welcome to email us and request images of the lamps we do have in stock if you would like to pop down and visit us to collect them.

How do I order more than one piece of furniture without paying twice for delivery?

The courier charges £75 for furniture delivery and then an extra £15 per additional item. Please call us in one of our shops if this is the case and we can arrange payment over the phone.
