Shipping

Shipping is calculated for each item and should appear in your basket when you go to checkout with your item(s). Shipping charges range from £4 for small items which will be sent signed for by 2nd class Royal Mail up to £75 for larger furniture items which will be delivered by courier, taking up to 3 weeks. We aim to get items in the post within 3 working days, but will contact you if there are any problems.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with any item you have ordered please contact us straight away by emailing us at hello@brocanteltd.co.uk along with photos of the product if needed.

We will then advise you on sending back the item by recorded delivery so it can be tracked and once we have received it we can issue you with a refund for the price of the item. All returns should be sent to:
