Take the Plunge!

Becky enjoys the zingy buzz of an icy cold dip in the Cornish sea at Charlestown, just down the road from our newest shop.

Embracing all of the elements, connecting with nature and reaping the benefits of an instant mood boost. Becky says that ‘taking the plunge’ is really worth the benefits and that after a sea swim she feels more alive and invigorated than ever. One of the great things about a sea swim is getting warm and cosy afterwards. Avid cold water dippers will be well accustomed to hot water bottles, hot chocolates as well as big toasty coats to warm up with following a dip. Introducing our new super snuggly changing robes…
